Our Story
Our founders, with over 20 years of experience in both the corporate and educational worlds, observed a growing disconnect between what students learn in school and what they truly need to succeed in life. They saw children burdened by rote learning, heavy homework, and theoretical education — yet lacking practical understanding, confidence, and life skills.
PLS was born out of the vision to redefine education — to create a system where students learn by doing, think independently, and develop leadership and life skills from an early age.
